HILTON hotel Belgrade/ cuisine from Hvar Island

Hotel HILTON is making the traditional days of Hvar island, this March, with the first rays of the sun. This time, the guest chef Hrvoje Tomcic brings authentic Mediterranean spices, homemade olive oil, and sea salt from Hvar, and joins Nikola Jekic, sky lounge chef, in preparing the top Mediterranean cuisine. Until March 22, you can enjoy top-quality Mediterranean cuisine with the highest quality pieces of fish and seafood, with the traditional recipes from Hvar.

The great news is that the Hilton’s restaurant on the top floor – “The Sky Lounge” proudly holds the title of Michelin-recommended restaurant from this year.
A Pan-Asian cuisine with a great choice of fresh Mediterranean fish and a rooftop bar, both feature a luxurious Belgrade lifestyle. Authentic flavors come from Chef Tong from Thailand, a master of his craft who presents the best of Asia’s rich culinary tradition.
A selection of top signature cocktails will round off the decadent gastronomic selection.
