ANANTARA HOTEL, ROME

One of our favorite places to visit when in Rome.

The lobby was truly remarkable, with a stunning bar located in the center, serving delectable cocktails. The rooftop terrace was a highlight, offering an awe-inspiring view of ancient Rome. I strongly recommend INEO, the hotel’s upscale dining establishment that primarily serves Italian cuisine. The homemade pasta must be paired with some of the top-selected wines for a true experience.

BVLGARI Hotel, ROME

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a newly opened BVLGARI Hotel, which boasted rationalist architecture and covered a staggering 14,000 square meters. With seven floors of architectural lines, and rich textures and materials throughout the interior, it was the very definition of luxury. But, what really stood out to me was the BVLGARI Bar. A perfect place to socialize and enjoy unique signature cocktails. The sumptuous black marble bar top was finished with 60 Murano glass twirls that were hand-blown with gold dust by Barovier & Toso. These precious jewels diffused the light, infusing aperitivo hour and evening with a magical glow.

I loved the outside bar and two large terraces, one that looked onto Via di Ripetta, and the other onto Piazza Augusto Imperatore. And when I was looking for a more relaxed atmosphere, I headed to the cafeteria on the ground floor. It was the perfect spot, offering a spacious outdoor area beneath the monumental porticos of Piazza Augusto Imperatore, and decorated with large planters filled with flowers and other native greenery. Caffè was the first of its kind in Italy and the first created by Niko Romito, and was the perfect place to enjoy a coffee, croissants or a Sunday brunch.

HOTEL DE RUSSIE, Rome

If you’re looking for a luxurious oasis in the heart of Rome, look no further than Hotel De La Russie. With its breathtaking Secret Garden – Stravinskij Bar, it’s the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The bar is a gathering place for the city’s bright and beautiful, and it’s easy to see why. The luxurious menu of contemporary and classic cocktails is sure to impress, with signature drinks like the Stravinskij Spritz and artisanal martinis mixed by master bartenders. The surrounding nature is an important part of the bar’s atmosphere, with yellow and black tones reminiscent of the teeming life of bees and local materials like stone, wood, metal, and leather creating an organic feel. Whether you’re looking for gastronomic delights or expertly mixed cocktails, the Stravinskij Bar is the perfect place to be.

HOTEL Palazzo Ripetta, ROME

Piazzetta Ripetta is a hidden gem located within the cloister of the Palazzo Ripetta hotel. Whether you’re looking for a light and healthy lunch, a coffee break with a signature bakery offering, or an aperitif in full Italian style, Piazzetta Ripetta is the perfect spot for any occasion. And if you’re in the mood for a great cocktail, you won’t want to miss the Baylon Cocktail Bar.

The contemporary and mystical spirit of the Palazzo is on full display here, and the cocktail offerings are second to none. The cuisine is specially designed to complement the cocktails, with “Cicchetti” to round out the experience. For something a little more substantial, head over to the San Baylon Restaurant. The contemporary design is a feast for the eyes, and the food is a feast for the taste buds. Chef Marco Ciccotelli is always on the hunt for the freshest ingredients, and his comfort food is a hallmark of the restaurant. Pastry Chef Giuseppe Solfrizzi has crafted a menu that is sure to satisfy your sweet tooth. And if you want to dine under the Roman sky, there are outdoor tables available.

The W HOTEL, ROME

A modern luxury concept that truly feels like an urban oasis in the midst of all the hustle and bustle. Whether you’re hanging out with friends, enjoying some time outdoors, or just looking for a great lunch or cocktail, this hotel has everything you need to have an unforgettable experience. The W Lounge is a particularly popular spot, with live music, DJ sets, and a really great cocktail culture. And if you’re looking for some seriously delicious Italian food, the Giano Restaurant is definitely worth checking out. Chef Ciccio Sultano brings his passion for authentic Sicilian cooking to every dish, and locals love meeting up there for an Aperitivo Eterno Negroni and some tasty bites. But perhaps the most exceptional part of the hotel is its rooftop terrace, which offers stunning views of some of Rome’s most iconic landmarks. And if you happen to be traveling with your furry friend, don’t worry – P.A.W. (Pets Are Welcome) at the W Hotel Rome!
