Recently, Ana had the opportunity to share her thoughts on her unique style in an exclusive interview for Intro-People, accompanied by a stunning set of photos taken just for this occasion.

When did you first realize that what you wear is an important part of your identity?

Back when I was in eighth grade, my dad gifted me a fringed jacket that he brought back from London. I felt really special wearing it and everyone who saw me commented on how cool it was. That’s when I realized that there’s something about a well-made piece of clothing that’s tailored to fit you perfectly.

Who or what had the most significant impact on shaping your style during your youth?

In my younger years, I was always searching for a unique style, often buying clothes just because they looked nice without actually wearing them. Living in Paris during my twenties, I was inspired by the effortless and understated style of French women, which I always gravitated towards. However, I thought I should add my own twist to it. Eventually, I realized that it’s perfectly fine to embrace your personal style and wear what feels comfortable and best for you, rather than trying to conform to trends or what others think you should wear. The key is to find small ways to innovate and add details to your outfits without feeling the need to completely change your entire wardrobe every season.

“What type of clothing item do you purchase most frequently?”

I have a weakness for pants and leather jackets – I just can’t seem to have enough of them!

Favorite piece in the closet?

Some T-shirts, jackets, jeans, bags. I keep some things from my shootings and important performances. I even have a pair of ripped Levis 501s from high school. Maybe they are my favorite.

What is the relationship between the clothing you wear and the music you create, and how have they influenced each other over time?

I completely agree with you. Music and wardrobe both play an important role in my life. While creating music, I don’t think much about its packaging and the style it will belong to, as it’s a reflection of my inner being. On the other hand, while buying clothes, I put in a lot of thought and effort to ensure that they show the real me. However, I usually combine and dress up spontaneously and quickly to bring out my unique style.

Tell us your definition of style.

Consistency and predictability are essential in creating a likable personal style. A sense of opportunity, the skill of fitting a new trend into one’s existing style, nonchalance…
